![]() ![]() There is not a single high skilled Fighter Z player that has never raged quit even once. Think about that from the fighting game community. IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE IN ANY OTHER FIGHTING GAME BUT. Rage quitting is ACCEPTABLE in Dragon ball Fighter Z. YES YOU LITERALLY LEARN NOTHING FROM WATCHING YOUR ASS GET RUSHED. No one wants to see their ass get beat for 30min straight learning nothing. This game needs a "surrender" option if you want to solve the rage quitting problem. To make matters worst all they do and spam their team assist rotation and think they're good. only to get bodied by a try hard who SHOULD be in ranked. Imagine buying a new character so you hop in casual. The problem is the game has only 4 real defense mechanic and match making is. I don't think the problem are the players. There's no reason at all to issue bans of any kind. Not only would they have no more reason to rage quit in the first place, but who would care if they did rage quit because you'd still get your win, and they would still be penalized with one (or more) losses on their records. Thats a good idea, I would add to it a 30min - 1h ranked match lock, so they have to wait until playing in ranked again. if anything it has made the rage quit "problem" even worse. Originally posted by Joe Cool:No it's not working. ![]() That solution would not only completely eliminate any reason for the rage quitter to leave, but it would also eliminate all of the frustration and anger from the rest of the community, because they are still being awarded their win (ie the rage quit doesn't affect them in any way shape or form.) You could even take it a step further and punish rage quitters with 2 losses recorded to their record instead of just 1. ![]() If someone disconnects while a match is in progress = They are hit with a loss and the person who stayed is awarded a win. Not only will rage quitters find easy workarounds to bypass the bans, but it actually punishes legit players while at the same time keeping a % of players with poor internet from even playing online at all out of fear that they might be banned I'll say it again, issuing bans was the worst most idiotic way to try to solve this issue. (with another potential sale for arcsys - perhaps that's why they chose this idiotic approach?) If they get banned they'll just be back in no time flat. 1/2 the time they still disconnect, because they don't care. (framerate jumps from 4-6 to 15-20, and it ONLY happens during my combos, NEVER during theirs.)Īnd if you actually manage to win. The number of people I've fought in the past week who have random lag spikes has skyrocketed. Now instead of just rage quitting, they're going to extreme lengths to try to win. ![]()
